Return Policy

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item you purchased. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality issues.

You may return your item by contacting Customer Service and requesting a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

Returns & Refunds

1)30 Days Return & Refund

offers a 30 Days Return and Refund Policy. If you change your mind and want to return the item for a refund, you can contact our customer services department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number, and return your items within 30 days of purchase.

 

2) 30 Days Return to Exchange Item

also offers a “30 Days Return to Exchange Item” policy. If the product you bought has no quality problem but just not matches your requirement, you can require a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 30 days from purchase date for exchanging for a different model or product. In this case, price difference will be charged for exchange item if needs.

 

Notes:

· product are returned must be in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.

· Buyers are responsible for cost of return postage,we will cover all expense of sending replacement. For protection, we strongly recommend that buyers insure return shipment against loss or damages, and that use a shipper that can provide proof of delivery.

· Any return must enquire us first, to send back without RMA(given by our customer service) will not be accepted.

· Our refund policy is only to refund the purchase price (not including shipping and handling or insurance charges).

· We do not have responsibility to response on item lost during returning.

· Any exchange or refund must be processed after we received your returned items.

· product that exceeds the warranty period does not included in the Return,Replace,Refund Policy.

 

3) Return a product for warranty service

offer a standard 12 month limited warranty service for all our products except some specified products.

In general, products can be returned for a warranty service if manufacture defects are found or occur within the stated warranty period (normally 12 month). For details, please refer to our Warranty Terms and Conditions
